Cancellation & Refund

In case the customer wants to return a product, other than a product made to order, the customer must write to us at info@autopartshopify.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Customers can also WhatsApp at our customer service number +91-9811558155, which remains open from Monday to Friday between 10.00 AM to 06.30 PM(IST) except declared holidays.

Cancellations

The order can be canceled before the shipment. After shipment, it can be only RTO ((shipping/taxes/customs charges borne by customers). Once the order gets canceled amount will be refunded the Amount.

Cancelation Criteria

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark, etc.) etc.
  2. In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on autopartsshopify.com
  3. Unavailability of products – in exceptional cases, if a product runs “out of stock” with the vendor, the product will be canceled.
  4. If the area falls under “Non-Serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area” by our Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order in that case order can be canceled.
  5. Suspected fraudulent information.

Returns

In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us through Register’s email ID and sent it to via email at (info@autopartshopify.com) within 24 hours of delivery with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

  1. The product is damaged/defective.
  2. Differ from the description on the website.
  3. Wrong item delivered/Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity.
  4.  Missing parts/accessories.
