Our aim is to ship our products quickly, safely and in a cost-effective manner. We ship and deliver through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speedpost except COD orders. We offer worldwide delivery of our products.
www.autopartshopify.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15-20 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unsual delay in fulfilling an order, then we will notify you through email.
www.autopartshopify.com will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address given by the customer. We would request you to mention your full address with zip code and contact number at the time of checkout. An incorrect address will incur a triple shipping cost as the package returns back to us and we then reship the same back to the corrected address. You would be charged for it.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any custom taxes/charges have to be borne by the customer.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We don’t have any Transit insurance.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

What if, the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please reach out to us at email@example.com by mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost except delivery charges. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
